We process account details and the application, follow-up, interview and activity information you choose to store. If inbound email is configured, forwarded job-related messages can be processed to update your workspace.
Information is used to provide your private workspace, secure accounts, deliver requested emails and operate the product.
Inbound email can be configured to store only a short message snippet rather than full email bodies. Direct Gmail or Outlook access is not required for the core tracker.
Passwords are one-way hashed. Private records are scoped to the authenticated user. You can edit records and delete your account from Settings.
